I view my leadership style as being passive-assertive, really I just be me and do the best to my ability all the time. Its like the social mirror if your being positive and working hard, others will hopefully pick up that vibe and want to follow your example. I like to avoid conflict at all cost so I always try to make everyone happy.
I feel that my strengths are I'm very dependable, I try to do things right the first time, I'm not afraid to ask if I need help or if I'm just not sure of something. I try to stay on top of things so that it keeps less work for everyone. I would say I'm also very organized.
